All prices quoted are NETT and will be subject to VAT at the applicable rate at the time of invoicing.

DELIVERY

To qualify for our wholesale pricing and free delivery,  we are only able to accept orders of FIVE BICYCLES and over. All orders placed and paid for prior to 12pm, will be dispatched the same working day by our nominated courier, and whilst not guaranteed, for most areas you can expect next day delivery.

PAYMENT

PCM Group are unable to offer credit terms for new customers and  all orders must be paid for in full before despatch, with the preferred method of payment being credit / debit card. Cheques are accepted in certain circumstances although full clearance must be received before despatch.

PCM perform a series of security checks prior to dispatch and delivery of your order will usually only be accepted to the registered card holders / business address.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your new account has been setup, you will be offered exclusive access to our on-line order facility, which by logging in using the provided username and password, will offer you access to your range of bicycles and prices.  We do not at present take payment through our online order facility and once your order has been confirmed, one of our representatives will be in touch to finalise payment.

For those without internet access, your order can be phoned, faxed or emailed to our Sales Office with a full Code Number & Name for each model. Your order will then be picked and you will be telephoned to confirm availability, the total amount we require and your payment details.  Despatch will then be the same day or next day depending on timing.

DAMAGES and SHORTAGES

The purchaser should check all goods at the time of delivery.
Written notification of any claim for shortage or damage must be made immediately. Professional Cycle Marketing’s liability shall be limited to replacing defective parts or making good the shortage free of charge, subject to availability.

RETURNS

Written authority must be obtained from PCM before any item is returned for whatever the reason. Any item returned without our permission will be subject to a handling charge.

SPECIFICATION

Professional Cycle Marketing reserves the right to change any specification on any model without prior notice.

WARRANTY

PCM will replace defective parts F.O.C. within 1 year of purchase. The Company will not pay Labour costs under any circumstances.

BICYCLE ASSOCIATION

We currently support the Bicycle Association, which generates funds from Independent Cycle Retailers for the future of cycling in the . (0.1% of the net value on the invoice). More details at www.ba.gb.com
